Maybe if you have a picky family, this may be a good place to go, but I wasn’t impressed overall.' It wasn’t memorable enough or tasty enough to make it worth going back to for the price. Overall, I’d recommend skipping Chatterbox. The bill was fairly high, and be careful because they automatically put a tip on the bill. He said he’s had better and he’s had worse, but he thought it was good and satisfied his craving for spaghetti. There was melted butter to accompany the roll, not flavored, and coleslaw, which wasn’t impressive in any way. The roll was too small and didn’t quite fill them up. They said that it was decent with an okay amount of lobster.
Two others in our party got the lobster roll. They also did not have steak sauce (not sure why you would serve steak at your establishment without steak sauce available). Another two in our party got the new York strip steaks, neither of which were cooked to the correct ordered temperature and one had to be sent back. Their fries are absolutely delicious (all 6 in our party agreed) but were a tad too salty that none of us were able to finish them. The bun didn’t add much and wasn’t quite toasted, but tasted fine. This was absolutely delicious! It came with a pineapple salsa that added just the right amount of acid and sweetness to the meaty fish. For an entree, I had the ahi tuna burger. The fried cauliflower was definitely better, with a light crispy coating and delicious Korean sauce. The hummus appetizer wasn’t too flavorful and probably not worth the price. The inside wasn’t the cleanest but had a cute vibe to it. There was only street parking, which can be difficult, but expected in a beach town. This quaint diner appearing restaurant had its ups and downs.
